Before Matador existed, the owner served in the United States military. He learned discipline, accountability, and what it means to show up when people are counting on you — no excuses, no shortcuts.
When he came home to San Antonio, he started working in the HVAC industry. And what he saw frustrated him. Companies overcharging families for work they didn't need. Technicians showing up late — or not at all. Homeowners left with broken systems and broken trust.
He didn't start Matador Cooling and Heating to be another HVAC company. He started it because San Antonio deserved one that actually keeps its word. One that tells you what's wrong — not what costs the most. One that shows up when they say they will. One that fixes it right the first time so you never have to call back for the same problem.
